My Introduction to Makeup

As a makeup artist, my journey began in childhood, fueled by a love for creativity and a unique introduction to the world of horror films through my mom, a passionate fan of the genre. Poltergeist quickly became a favorite of mine and sparked a fascination with the artistry behind creating monsters and characters. This curiosity led me to explore special effects makeup through YouTube tutorials, where I quickly fell in love with the transformative power of movie makeup.

Over time, I honed my skills through numerous photoshoots, crafting both beauty and special effects looks that brought visions to life. Seeking to deepen my expertise in the beauty world, I joined Sephora as a Color Consultant, where I spent six years mastering the art of color theory, product knowledge, and personalized client service.

Today, I bring my passion and experience to every project, blending creativity and precision to design stunning looks—whether for film, photography, or personal transformations.

Getting Into Photography

My journey into photography began with my work as a makeup artist, collaborating with photographers to showcase my creative looks. While I loved working alongside them, I found myself craving more creative control over the final vision. This led me to pick up a camera and I quickly fell in love with the art of photography.

What started as a way to capture my makeup creations soon expanded into portraits of friends, which naturally grew into family portraits, cosplay shoots, senior sessions, and even weddings. Over the past five years, I’ve dedicated myself to photography, blending my artistic background with my love for storytelling to create images that are vibrant, authentic, and meaningful.
